The 12,000 ft² laboratory features eight large environmental chambers with capacities up to 3,000 ft³, multiple sun and solar load test stands, and several component durability systems designed to replicate real-world operating conditions. 

Located in Plymouth, Michigan, the lab provides highly specialized testing for automotive interiors, exteriors, and structural components, helping manufacturers validate performance, material durability, and long-term reliability. With dedicated expertise in environmental conditioning, humidity and thermal cycling, sun load exposure, and interior component lifecycle testing, Element Plymouth delivers fast, accurate, and reliable results tailored to the needs of Tier 1 suppliers and OEM development programs.
